The family room is based on four people sharing.

There is a £12.00 charge for extra person in room per night, rooms 2 and 3 can take an extra person on a spare bed

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation there will be no charge as long as the notice period exceeds five days prior to the first nights stay. Cancelling five days or less will incur the full cost of the accommodation reserved, which will be deducted from the credit card given at time of booking. This also applies should you subsequently amend you booking by shortening your stay. Should we be able to re-let any or all of the reserved days the card will be credited the relevant amount.
