We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express, Diners and UnionPay. We accept cash payments in Sterling only. We do not accept cheques.
The family room is based on four people sharing. Rooms 2 and 3 can take an extra person on a spare bed There is a £40.00 charge for extra person in room per night, please ensure you request this when booking. Children under the age of two and sleeping in a cot free.
Booking:
Valid card details are required to secure all bookings. Please note that we can only accept cash payment in Sterling and we do not accept cheques. Rooms can only be guaranteed up to 6pm on the day of check in, unless previously agreed Guests are respectfully advised to call the guest house on the day if late arrival is anticipated. Check out time on the morning of departure is 10:30am. You are welcome to store your luggage at the guest house, at your own risk, until you are ready to travel
Free Car Parking Permits are available on request.
We will require the car pass to be returned upon checkout. Failure to return the car pass will incur a charge of £90.00 for a replacement.

Cancellation:
For standard (refundable) bookings, cancellation or no show within 14 days of your arrival date will be charged in full. Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival will be refunded in full. For standard (refundable) bookings of 3 rooms or more, or a single room booked for more than 4 days, cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 20% of the cost of the booking.
